For holding wires, scriber points, small files, taps, drills, etc. A hole extends through full length of handle to hold wires of any length. Knurled handle is reduced in size so it may be rapidly rotated between thumb and finger when filing small work. Handle and binding nut are nickel plated. Set of all sizes in protective vinyl case.
